Jefferson County Busted Mugshots is a private reference service, not a government office. We cannot verify custody, arrange a release, accept a bond payment, or retrieve an official booking record. Contact the government office that holds the record or has authority over the custody matter.
Official Records Contacts
Use the office that controls the type of information needed. Jail custody, sheriff-held reports, a Madras police incident, and a court case each have a different official route.

- For a current adult custody or booking-date search, start with the official route described on the Home page.
- For a sheriff-held report, booking record, or call-for-service record, use JCSO Records with the person's name, a date range, and any known case or booking number.
- For a Madras incident report, contact the Madras Police Department rather than asking the jail to locate the city police file.
- For a court disposition, pending case, or out-of-custody arraignment date, contact the Circuit Court or use Oregon's official court access service.
- For a sentenced Oregon Department of Corrections record, use the state offender-search and public-record routes, not the county jail inquiry.
JCSO lists most reports at $15 for the first five pages and $1 for each page beyond five. Research time is listed at $40 per hour with a one-half-hour minimum. Fees, redactions, and release decisions can depend on the record and should be confirmed with the office before payment.
