Nature of the Service

This is a private reference service. It does not store official government records and cannot confirm present custody, release a person, file documents, or perform the work of a sheriff, jail, court, or public-records office.

Its purpose is to direct visitors toward local jail, police, court, and corrections resources and, where available, third-party research tools. A link to a resource does not make the linked information part of this service or an official statement by Jefferson County Busted Mugshots.

Acceptable Use

• Use the service only in a lawful manner.

• Do not use the service for a hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or similar decision.

FCRA Use Is Prohibited

Jefferson County Busted Mugshots is not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA. It does not provide background checks, credit reports, consumer reports, or screening services, and neither do its advertising partners through this service. You agree not to use information from this service or linked tools for an FCRA-regulated purpose.

• Tenant selection or housing screening
• A decision about creditworthiness or insurance premiums
• Licensing, permits, or government-program eligibility
• Any other purpose regulated by the FCRA

Links and Other Services

The service may link to jail inquiries, booking resources, sheriff and corrections sites, government portals, legal-aid information, and outside search services. We do not control or endorse their content, terms, privacy practices, availability, or data handling. Review the terms and policies of every outside destination before using it.

No Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. No warranty is made about:
